Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by our craftsmanship. LDH Scissors offers a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your scissors fail due to a production flaw, we will repair or replace them at no cost.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with the feel or performance of your tools, you can return them for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping generally takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Can I have my LDH Scissors sharpened by anyone?
While we recommend using a professional sharpener who specializes in fabric shears, any experienced bladesmith can sharpen our tools. We also offer a dedicated sharpening service through our warehouse for a small fee.
